Charming and Comfortable Stay

The design was charming, and everything was super clean and cozy. We were kinda surprised with a complimentary bottle of Prosecco for New Year's Eve, and the breakfast selection was delicious, reminiscent of a trendy bistro. My only suggestion would be to improve the parking situation, as it can be challenging to find a spot on the street.

Good-sized and nicely furnished room with very big bed and smoke detectors for safety measures. Particularly good and perfect location close to the city center.

The care taken with the room and its attendant comforts - bathroom is luxurious. There was a nice balcony (if you are a smoker) outside the bathroom in the Preslav Suite where I stayed. There is free wireless internet and sattelite TV.

The lobby bar is not always manned. It doesn't seem to be a place for congregating. The restaurant associated with the hotel is good but not excellent. A breakfast buffet would be more desirable than having to let the hotel know your breakfast choice and time for taking it the evening before.

We loved the spacious room and comfy bed, but the parking was a real hassle. Breakfast in bed was a sweet treat, though!

The German guy running the restaurant was excellent. Provided great breakfast with a smile. Room was comfortable and a great quiet location.

Parking situation could be a nightmare!!! Good luck finding a spot on the street, especially during holidays!!! Room temperature control could use an upgrade. A/C didn't cool optimally upon arrival!!!

comfortable, quiet, spacious rooms that allowed me to do my work quiety and peacefully; although on a busy street, noise was kwpt out by excellent sound-proffed windows;within walking easy distance of excellent parks and also the tram transport system; hotel staff were very friendly and helpful

Unfortunately the excellent restaurant was being reinovated during my week there; I missed it a lot.

Just a basic hotel, although advertised as something more luxary

My room was not available, no welcome drinks as advertised. It was meant to be a luxary hotel infact it was fairly average. No room service, resurant was closed.

What I loved most was the cozy room—such a stylish design! Breakfast was a delight, served from a nearby restaurant. Only downside was the noisy parking situation nearby. 😅

Staff, genuinely friendly. The rooms are tasteful and individual, very pleasant. The restaurant has good food, pleasant staff and they are flexible enough to deviate from the menu if you wish. In 3 stays in Bulgaria, this was my besy experience.

Lingering smell of old cigarette smoke in the room. But this seems to be in every hotel room that I have stayed in in Bulgaria.

the room had an amazing shower, really one of the best i've ever used. parking can be difficult to find.

charming and fairly clean hotel with polite staff and good views of the rooftops in a leafy elegant part of town. location next to cafes and restaurants and parks, the main cathedral and the town centre and the main historical.
